Memphis-born artist Logan Bolton is gearing up to release his next single, “Apologies,” this November—potentially timed with his own birthday on November 18th. The track, co-written in Los Angeles alongside Olivier Bassil and Bella Romero, began as a love song before taking a darker, more vulnerable turn.
“It was meant to be a love song,” Bolton admits. “But I had a feeling my girlfriend back home in Nashville was cheating on me—she was. So I wrote this instead.” What emerged is one of his most emotionally charged and honest records to date, blending soulful melodies with cinematic production and Bolton’s signature reflective lyricism.
Produced by Bolton, Olivier Bassil, Andrew Holyfield, and Bella Romero, “Apologies” channels pain into art, fusing raw emotion with sleek modern sound design. It follows his recent collaboration with Project Pat on “Poetry,” which solidified his growing reputation as one of Memphis’ most versatile and expressive new voices.
